My favorite food is the porotos con riendas, which are beans with noodles and squash, when are cooked together in a pressure cooker generally, as most know is a very common Chilean dish, and maybe that´s why it will cause laughter, but a really like them very much by becoming my favorite dish so far. It has an umami flavor, that is, it is not salty, sweet, sour or bitter. But, I like to add a kind of Pebre, but made of onion, coriander and lemon, it is usually added pork sausage with chili pepper color... but I´m vegetarian.
With respect to nutrition, the dish is very high in carbohydrates, so you should not eat so often, or at least it is complemented with a large salad plate, with the protein there is no problem, since you have the legume included. So I think it´s a good dish for everyone, just be careful to consume a lot of carbohydrates
